For my appetizer, I had sushi that surpassed anything I've tasted in Japan, paired with amazing spicy sauces. For my main course, I enjoyed a Dover Sole that was incredibly fresh and completely boneless. To finish off, I indulged in the chocolate mousse, which was so light and airy it melted in my mouth like a cloud of chocolate. The service is outstanding, with staff giving you their full attention as if you were the only customer in the restaurant. The owner, Jean Marc Benitah, is a perfectionist when it comes to hospitality. The decor is stylish, modern, and impeccably clean, reminiscent of the best restaurants in New York City. You’re guaranteed to have one of the best meals of your life here!
The food was truly exceptional. I ordered a ribeye steak that was cooked to perfection, medium rare. My husband chose the Chilean sea bass, which was incredibly tender and flavorful. To top off our meal, we enjoyed a delicious apple tart and a rich crème brûlée. The owner, Jean Marc, treated us like long-lost family, making our dining experience unforgettable.
