This restaurant offers the best cannoli and fried ravioli in Eastern North Carolina, without a doubt. My Sicilian grandmother would be proud! I had takeout for dinner, and the meal was reasonably priced at around $20–30 per person. Both the food and service were excellent, earning a perfect score of 5, and the atmosphere was equally impressive. I highly recommend trying the Chicken Alfredo!

Great place! The food is excellent. This place represents the standards that other restaurants should be held to. My wife got the chicken piccata, I got the tortellini carbonara, and my son ordered the pepperoni pizza, by far the best Italian food in a 30 mile radius. Santino’s has started offering homemade soups. Since we love Olive Garden soups, we wanted to try chicken gnocchi. I just have to say it was absolutely delicious and far exceeded any we’ve ever had elsewhere! Creamy and stocked full of chicken and veggies. We cannot wait to sample Zuppa and others. Nice casual Italian restaurant with most of the classic Italian food on the menu. My wife had the eggplant Parmesan and I had the Chicken Francaise. Both dinners came with pasta, a house salad and warm bread. Overall the food was delicious, I really enjoyed the Chicken Francaise in the wine and buttery sauce. I would definitely dine here again.
