The Everest Momo - Sunnyvale

Would give 7 stars if I could!! The late night is in Sunnyvale California. One of the most authentic and inexpensive food trucks with literally droolsome food, I lick my fingers and immensely enjoy the juicy vegetarian momos. I'm not a momo fan and my order was the fried rice, but a bite in the momo, I've swallowed the whole plate. Momo was hot and fresh. The filling was simply perfect with the right amount of moisture and the vegetables were boiled and still had their crunchy. This is something I have rarely seen, even in the most expensive restaurant, the technique to cook a perfect momo. I was blown away from taste and texture. The Veg Fried Reis was also delicious. The dipping sauces were amazing. They perfectly complicated the momos and expanded the court. No wonder people eat or take a package. You have a very limited menu, but it is made to 100% perfection! A must for everyone. The Masala Chai was a good way to start the meal as the cool California nights get cool

This is our go-to spot for the best momos in the Bay Area. The Veg Kothey momos, meaning roasted momos, are absolutely delicious. The filling has a wonderful hint of ginger and tastes amazing. I've never had any issues with ordering here. While the Veg Chowmin was good, the momos truly steal the show. And the fact that they come with two flavorful chutneys - one being a tasty peanut chutney - just enhances the experience. I absolutely love this place.

I highly recommend trying the vegetarian dumplings and noodles at this restaurant! Don't worry about long lines, the staff work quickly. Make sure to double check your order before leaving. Ask for extra sauce, as it's necessary. The service is fast and excellent. Sometimes you may experience stomach issues the next morning, but it's worth it for the delicious food they serve.

I ordered the Vegetable Momos and Vegetable Chow Mein at this restaurant. Both dishes were very tasty. The service was quick.

This is our go to place for momos. This food truck serves great Himalayan food, particularly momos is our favorite. They are usually quick with the orders.
