The girls are very nice but the bags are raw never cooked and they have no idea how to toast a bagel. It’s not even warm and not Toasted. Please learn to toast the bagels better, just gross
Living out of state now, but I dream about the time I can come back to Sunnyvale and eat my favorite, all time bagels at House of Bagels. I LOVE the whitefish salad bagel, on toasted poppyseed with cucumbers and onions. They cut the cucumbers nice and thin, and the onions also, and the white fish is just the best!! So delicious and salty and oily. Next in line is the lox and cream cheese sandwich; again, toasted poppyseed with extra cream cheese (already generous cucumbers and onions. Simply heaven!! Cannot get this delicious dream of a bagel in other states, sadly, so Please, House of Bagels, never go out of business or change this wonderful recipe!
I really enjoyed the white fish salad, which is not something commonly found in the Northeast. The bagel was just okay, but had a strange texture when toasted. The best part is that I didn't experience any issues after eating, despite my gluten sensitivities. The staff was very friendly. I wasn't a fan of the freshly squeezed orange juice.
I tried the Veg Bagelwich and found it to be decent. I would have preferred if they had added more cream cheese. The texture of the bagel was slightly chewy as well.
