Oki Japanese Restaurant - Sunnyside

I stopped in yesterday for a quick early dinner. The service was excellent. I ordered a miso soup the spicy salmon roll, eel roll and green tea. It was the best spicy salmon roll I’ve ever had! I was pleasantly surprised and disappointed I hadn’t been there before as I live nearby. I’ll be back with friends.

I walked in, and I was instantly welcomed by a very kind lady. I was given a menu to look over and I ordered the salmon teriyaki lunchbox. It was very yummy. It came with miso soup and a great salad. I struggled a bit because the place is dimly lit but unless you have serious eyesight problems it’s really no problem. I really enjoyed it :

Great service and decent food. The basic/classic sushi roles are very good, but some of the special roles were simply in quality for the price. We ordered the delivery and they were very fast and everything was right.

Oki's always my way to the sushi spot. I love her Happy and Red White roles. The crumbs they use are ingenious (better than other places). I always order a kani salad with avocado that is one of my fav dishes of all time. Cream and delicious. Nice family business. Eating is always prepared lighting quickly. Order love from them!
