There were 2 people working and neither one wanted to be there by their attitude. One admitted she was in pain from a hurt back she could hardly stand there but came to work because she had no option. Who knows why the other employee was so cold and rude. We’ve been there many times before and it is usually understaffed, the owner needs to be more present and hands on. We will be going to the one on Grand from now on.
So I ordered 2 sandwiches online.They send me a message and say they're ready so I go there. Ask for my sandwiches, then you're not ready. They're not even making them. They're making other people sandwiches. So they tell me they'll make it in one minute I weigh twenty minutes they're not ready I complained she says I'll make them right now. If you're going to have it online service, have the food ready when you say so. Don't make me waste my time
Well never again will I go to this Subway customer service was horrible. I went to go order a roast beef Sandwich footlong. I was told I only have enough roast beef for a 6 inch, how can that be? The associate acted like she was just there to make sandwiches. Like she didn't care about her job or helping customers. If I was to rate customer service. I would give it A0I will go elsewhere.
Never again! $11.50 for a foot long tuna and the bread was dry and hard on one side, very skimpy on the tuna and the veggies. You can see by the picture, the right side of the bread has no tuna and few veggies. The other half was the same way. I guess that explains why the place was empty at dinner time, it was 5:30. If I wasn't at home after a 10 hour day, I would have taken it back.
