Barro's Pizza - Surprise

So I just drive from yuma so much traffic and I looked barros, so I thought I would stop. have never been here before; I had heard it was a great place to get pizza. I walked in and saw tables, so I thought I had something here. I just started looking at the menu and immediately the server asked me what I wanted. I told her I had never been here and I just needed a minute to choose from the billboard. I noticed there was a special portion for lunch, but nothing for dinner. I asked if they had dinner in the disc selection. the young lady asked her manager who didn't even recognize my annoyance and said something I couldn't hear. I asked if it is available for a disc, as I noticed pizza discs in the warmer. the manager didn't even look at me and said yes when she rushed away in her. the young lady asked me if I wanted something else. I said you have salat fixations here, you have cesar salat? she didn't say ma?am. no offer of something else. I felt I was invading. the girl put my pizza in a box, not even asked if I eat it there or not, and she put me in. so I took the pizza to a table and ate there. the pizza is good. the atmosphere in the dining room is good. I had told the lady that I came out of yuma and we had no barros. she said, really? that's all they seem to get. I was very disappointed at my first visit here. no friendly atmosphere.

I love this Barro location, but the reason why he gets 4 stars is simply due to the manager. to be in the past in the restaurant industry, it is understandable that the kitchen is supported and occupied. but it's sticky when they are waiting and hearing re sit in the lobby, the female manager cries their hired and aggressive acting against them. they could see that this was disturbed by the employees, but they were able to uncouple and give a large service. 5/5 for the team, -100 for the manager.

For years coming, never had to wait almost an hour and a half for a big pizza and wing. that's happened the last two times. especially annoying when the prices are shot. No one even apologizes for waiting, I guess it's normal to say 30 minutes on the phone now, then they wait.

We constantly order the delivery from here to mark anthony brewing, and the drivers are always exactly on time and very friendly. our pizza is always hot when we get it into the pantry, and the quality is always consistent. we never had a problem with our order.

Going to make some folks mad, but sorry Best Value and Quality on wings! Cost just as much as anyone else, and they are huge! Love pizza too, just a touch pricey and their delivery service is hit or miss on timing.
