Mcdonald's - Sun City Center

Placed a mobile order at 6:30pm from the curbside spot. Got notification at 6:39pm that my bank account was charged for the order. Proceeded to wait. 7:11pm, still no food, so I called. Asked the person who answered the phone about my order and wastold to let them go check on it and they?d get it to me. 7:30pm, still no food nor contact back. Went inside and had to waitbecause others were waiting and there was no sense of order or urgency by anyone to get things done. Finally spoke with amanager (who happened to be the one who answered the phone). She said the order never showed up on their screen for some reason.She rung the order up and offered a free meal next time I come in and she?s there. Total time to get food, 1 hour 10 minutes.Get home and one of the quarter patties on my Double Quarter wasn?t even fully cooked. ????

I wish I could give zero stars! This McDonalds has really gone down in the last couple of months. We just left, with fries that were so cold you could tell that they?ve been sitting for hours. The service is horrible, the staff are rude so we decided tojust keep going! You just lost a customer! And I will tell everyone I know not to go there! The neighborhood is growing andchanging, if you don?t get on board you?ll begin to feel it sooner or later!

I have to say it was good today. Most time either the order is wrong, or long lines, I'm not much on fast food, its probably 4 or 5 months since I eat there. But the young man in the second window was so friendly and a nice smile, thank you for being so kind to my friend. The food was good and hot too.

Food, service and location is nice, but the prices are higher here $8.49 fish sandwich meal) than McD's in the area. It's a franchise not company. Interesting strategy in a pension city

A !! Wonderful!! Bacon, egg, and cheese Biscuit and hash brown was perfect!! Normally, I'm usually disappointed with McDonald's. But, this one has really made my morning. The vintage look gave me hope that it would be good. Hash Brown was golden, crunchy, not oily or old oil taste, and not overly salty. The Biscuit was golden, crunchy buttery outer layer, and didn't fall apart in my hands.
