Logan's Roadhouse - Sumter

Our server was fantastic! She was attentive and provided refills before we even had to ask. Any extra requests we made were fulfilled promptly. She definitely earned her $40 tip on a $64 bill! The only issue, which wasn’t her fault, was that the baked sweet potato was burnt. Aside from that, everything else was great!

The food and customer service were incredible! I've never had a negative experience at this restaurant, as it consistently delivers great results. You really should give this place a try—you won't be disappointed! A special shout-out to our server, Gail; she was truly one in a million!

I had my first visit to the restaurant and it was a wonderful experience. Even though it was Father's Day, there was no wait at all. The place was busy but comfortably so. Our server, Jenna, was very attentive and did an outstanding job checking in on us. Everything arrived hot and the food was delicious. The catfish was just what I had been hoping for—it's definitely a must-try when you visit. The broccoli was cooked to perfection too. I will definitely be back to sample more items from the menu.

This is a solid chain steakhouse. The staff were friendly, and we were seated promptly. Our order was taken quickly as well. However, I found the salad to have a bit too much dressing for my liking. On the other hand, the steak was cooked exactly as I requested and had fantastic flavor. I would definitely recommend this restaurant.
