We sat outside and felt safe while dining. The burger was fantastic! However, I did overhear some others complaining about the portion of meat in their meals. We ordered a double burger and shared it, which was perfect for us. The aromas wafting around were a great teaser while we waited for our food, but it took a while to arrive. Since it was freshly made, I don't mind the wait at all. I would definitely come back! By the way, most restaurants in Sumter are closed, so we had no choice but to eat on Broad Street.
The dining experience was decent, but it wasn't the best. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger with an additional patty, but the request wasn't fulfilled, and I only realized it after I finished my sandwich.
These guys are fantastic! Their delicious burgers and famous fries will definitely keep customers coming back for more. I work for DD, and I never have to wait long for my orders. This team really knows what they're doing!
I spent over $30 on four items, and my food was cold. The burger had too much mayo, and the meat tasted old, especially considering they opened around 11 o'clock. I placed my order and it took 20 minutes to arrive, and my fries were also cold.
The food is consistently excellent, and the staff is both friendly and efficient. The portions are generous, enough to satisfy one person or even a couple. However, the prices are a bit steep! A standard two-patty cheeseburger costs $9.99, and a regular side of fries is $5.39. After tax, our meal of one burger and fries came to over $16. Because of this, Five Guys will have to be an occasional indulgence rather than a regular option.
