I refuse to visit this place again. it is sad how much business they are loosing due to this
I drive about 25 minutes to the Dunkin' donuts to can donuts 2 to 3 times a week. The staff here are always friendly and the orders are accurate.
I went through the drive-thru and pulled up to the speaker and waited 5 minutes before someone took my order. I pulled up to the window to pay and waited another 5 minutes because they had to go grab change. Then I was asked to pull up and they will bring me my food (it was only one sandwich) the wait was too long so I went inside and still had to wait and when they handed me my bag there was not a receipt and bo napkins so I asked for the receipt and no one provide me it to me as I was waiting for it I was totally ignored…I waited a total of 20 minutes and was late to work..this is the worst Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve ever been to and I’ve been to many…it’s always something with this store..
Nice employees but this is the second time I've waited an excessive amount of time for an online order.Today I had an online order set to be ready at 1110, so I got there early (1100). I was told to have a seat while they finish up my order. .... 40 minutes later I'm finally heading back home.
Tasha at Hunter's restaurant is absolutely wonderful! After a negative experience with DoorDash, she took care of us quickly and professionally. I cannot express enough how much I appreciate the staff at Hunter's!
