They shorted my pick up order on a chocolate chip waffle and in under a minute, had a replacement for me. Thanks to Krissy and Andrew. Great staff. They will always get my business.
This morning I came in for a sandwich an the guy cooking made it to a T made it so good I forgot his name it starts with a c or k but yall make sure u keep him around... the lady that took my order was very friendly as everyone was very friendly... place was clean overall experience was awesome thank you guys yall made my morning
Everyone with a waffle House hat this morning working hard getting the food out as fast as possible. Even the manager came out and said good morning. Now the girl with the cone new years hat doing nothing but on her phone. And my waitress with the stars hat. Asked her three times to move the blinds down it was hurting my mother in law eye. But that cell phone and hanging out talking was more important yes I left her $5 dollar tip smallest bill I had. Was going to tip the bill this morning to someone but I won't tip the bill when you are like that. The kitchen Crew and manager thank you but those three without a waffle house hat send them home they dragging down the hard working employees you have.
Had to call out the manager John. The employees were some of the best I have experienced at this location and they are always good. However, we overheard John tell the employees how much he appreciated the employees being there. Then, upon attempting to leave, decided he wanted to sweep some first and refill customer glasses. It was an amazing display of customer service, employee appreciation and overall leadership skills. I hope someone from corporate will see this review and acknowledge his actions!
