The Panini-Cuban is amazing! the Caribbean sauce is a fantastic addition to the perfect tasteful meat. I have it with the potato salad, which is also very tasty.

Absolutely amazing food and service!!! We had the blackened chicken Ceasar salad amd loaded potatoe soup. Everything far exceeded our expectations. Meredith, our server, was the cherry on the cake to it all!

The Chef arrived exactly on time! He brought everything we needed to have a great Christmas Party for our 50 guests. The food was amazing. We enjoyed brisket sliders, chicken salad croissants, charcuterie, spinach artichoke dip and some tasty BB-Q meatballs! Easy 5-Star review! We highly recommend The Eclectic Chef because we will use them again!

We want to thank The Eclectic Chef for some amazing catering! We had an event catered for 50 guest and everyone is still talking about the food. We had brisket sliders, charcuterie meat and cheeses, chicken salad croissants, bbq meatballs and spinach and artichoke dip with a pita…5 out of 5 stars! Highly recommended. They delivered everything we needed to to serve and set it all up. We will definitely use them again. Thank you Rocky for making our event a huge success!
