Came in with a problem with an order I had placed and Gabe fixed it, great customer service. Appreciate it!

The order took 30 minutes longer than the estimate to pick it up. But they marked it online as ready. Most likely to avoid some corporate ding on their metrics. Because they are ignoring the customers in the store I called the phone line to speak with be manager. Not a single employee made a single attempt to answer it.

This has to be the worst pizza place in Summerville, I ordered from here for the first time and will most definitely be my last. Whoever prepared the pizza must lean to one side because that was where all my toppings were thrown and carboard taste better than the pizza. Never again!!!

Ordered Uber eats and customized a pizza and they sent a small pepperoni pizza instead. Called manager and he referred me to Uber eats.
