Montreux Grill - Summerville

The shrimp and grits had a flavorful gravy with plenty of bacon. The toppings on the shrimp and grits overwhelmed the grits flavor. The BBQ wings were sweet, and the nachos were typical bar nachos. The burger tasted like a fresh patty. The server was friendly and checked on us while we waited for our food, which took longer than expected. The atmosphere was loud and dark, but it's a bar and grill, so that's to be expected. We plan to return despite some mixed experiences with the food. The beef tacos and queso tasted canned, the chicken tenders seemed microwaved, and the sweet and spicy pasta was too sweet. The service was very slow, and the discovery of a bread tie in our nachos was a major disappointment. Unfortunately, this visit was a letdown compared to previous visits.

Unfortunately, I didn't have the opportunity to take photos of the food, but I still wanted to share my experience at this restaurant. I organized a training session for 28 people, and since the meeting was taking place across the street, I chose this location for lunch. The restaurant representative worked closely with me for several days, ensuring that everything was prepared according to our schedule. The staff at Montreux did an excellent job ensuring that our lunch was ready exactly when needed. They were extremely friendly and attentive, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I highly recommend this restaurant - they did an awesome job.

We recently dined at Montreux Bar and Grill and absolutely loved their chicken and waffle sandwiches. The wings were also very tasty. If you find yourself in the Historic Summerville area, be sure to stop by this restaurant.
