Little Caesars Pizza - Summerville

11/19/22 12:30 EST I had the absolute pleasure to deal with Carly and the crew where I hurried to get 6 cakes and bread... You left my order and I made it the 4th. birthday meal of my son to sabe!!! Thank you. Do beautiful lady inside and outside. This experience has no longer added gray hair at the top of my head

The discs n stix. Idk, how can you call these cheese bread or sticks whatever you want to call it, but that is unacceptable. It is not even edible over thin because the cheese is hard.

Wing through thinking, it was faster. It wasn't. They had not made cakes at 12:45, so I wait for almost 25 minutes to get the pizza.

We ordered over 90 pizzas for a middle school dance. At 3:00 p.m., the pizzas were ready to go and the whole team helped to load them for me. Unfortunately we didn't order enough, so we ran in the middle of the event and needed 35 faster! I called the route and Justin and his crew made it. The pizzas were ready shortly after my arrival. They saved the day and I can't express how wonderful they were to do this at 5:00 on a Friday night. I know it threw a wrench in her Friday night. Thank you.

Less about the store and more about the customer service department. The guys at the store were awesome in understanding. Placed my order threw the little caesers app, says delivery time 5:12; 5:15 roles around still no pizza call the store pizza is still there was never picked up. Guys have to cancel delivery threw door dash fine great did that. Sat on hold got that handled. Got patched threw to customer service they refused to give me my money back because I canceled my order with door dash at 5:25 really? How long was I supposed to make my kids wait to eat? So I then had to get them in the car which I was avoiding because I didn't feel well (hence have the pizza delivered) still don't, eat pizza that's been in a warming oven for 45 minutes because I couldn't get my money back. On top of having to pay the door dash delivery fee. This will be the last time my family eats little caesers, as well as anything to do with door dash.
