Buffalo Wild Wings - Summerville

Really happy about this opening in this neighborhood. They opened very recently; I can tell they're getting the kinks worked out. On to the review of my first visit. The server was friendly and attentive, while acknowledging that the staff are new and are still learning their jobs. The wings weren't very flavorful bland. I'd really like them to taste their own food before sending them to the table. 1 I visited during lunch hour, on a Saturday. Things were really hopping. Unfortunately, my cocktail drink order sat for several minutes before the server was able to pick it up. Additionally, the kitchen was slow in preparing my meal. Maybe a twenty minute wait. Additionally, I ordered a takeout, after my meal. That took only five or ten minutes. (See comment above regarding taste. 1 Overall an ok experience. I'm not worried and expect subsequent visits to be better. I'll wait a month and visit again. Note: I dined in, then ordered out for my dinner meal for later. Thus the price/person is for two meals. UPDATE: I went back tonight, two days later. I was in the mood for a burger. Service and food GREAT. I did a takeout order on wings for a family member, so we'll see what the verdict is on those. For now, revising original rating by +1 based on tonight's personal experience. My guess is when they are not pressed for time in the kitchen, they do better.

I will NOT be going back to this one! My salad was supposed to be a grilled chicken ceasar I had just one strip of chicken! Had to go back because they forgot the salsa then they didn't have any plastic ware for the salads! They need to refund my entire order!

The service and the wait time was horrible. Let’s start with first things first the guacamole came in a sauce cup and I was charged over two dollars for that size portion, Second they didn’t offer any water and we didn’t get any. The third issue the chicken didn’t look appetizing at all as you can see from the pictures it was dry and it tasted OK that’s it I won’t be back

My friends and I went here after dance, we were so stressed here our order was completely wrong. We had 2 waiters one was clueless. The other was Rihanna she helped us and sorted things out, love her hate this place ruined Rhonda’s birthday /3

Second experience from this location. Both were not the best. The second time was better, I ordered 10 traditional wings to go, when I got home I realized that all they gave me was the drums no flat wings. Called location they told me that’s because that’s all they had then hung up. First experience at this location was went inside to eat. Me and my wife ordered. Also ordered a Togo order,I received my food, and ate it. She did not receive her food, we received the to go order before her food came. Ask to speak to manager, no one ever came. Waitress said she would take her food off the order, waited a little longer then waitress gave bill, said her food may be out in a minute, if it don’t come out she took it off the bill so don’t worry about it. So basically if her food didn’t come out she didn’t get to eat anything. Terrible management here. They need to get it together
