Public School 702 (las Vegas)

Not impressed whatsoever with our recent visit to this location. Eight of us went out for lunch here last Friday and arrived 30 minutes after the restaurant opened. The place was nearly empty as the photos I posted show. After being seated, we still had to wait a good 10-15 minutes before being able to place our order since they only had a few servers working. Another 20 minutes or more went by before getting our food. I had a simple cheeseburger with fries and the food was cool to lukewarm and tasted alright, but no better than your standard fast-food place and it would be a lot cheaper than this place. Another problem was trying to find our server throughout the course of lunch – some of us had their drinks refilled and others had to hunt down any server we could find. I can understand if the place was busy but there was no one there at the time of our visit. I held off writing this review since we had a similar situation with this restaurant a month ago and wanted to give them a second chance. Well, we gave it a go, but this will be one place we will skip in the future. Great atmosphere and location but the service is subpar, and the food is only satisfactory.

Not bad but not going back for the Burger again. It tasted like processed meat. Quinoa salad was tasteless.

Really nice Cuban sandwich. Great service and good conversation with the bartender.

I really wanted to like the salad I ordered, it was my first time in. Sadly, the greens were not very fresh, picked almost half of it out, I was in a big hurry and didn't have time to reorder, so I ate what was freshest, server never checked on my so I didn't have the opportunity to say something till I paid, I showed her the awful wilted dark lettuce, she apologized, I was not pointing it out to get compted, but it would have been nice if she had.

Great place to go to get a beer (great selection), cocktail, and tasty appetizers and a selection of main dishes, in a fun atmosphere. Outside dining is available as well. Happy hour is a big plus as well.
