In contrast, some of the other staff members don’t seem as engaged or cheerful. There's an older woman with glasses who can be quite snarky and impatient at times. Additionally, some employees don’t acknowledge gratitude or even respond when thanked for taking your order or bringing your food. I understand that the current job market can be very challenging, and those who are working may be overwhelmed, but customer service remains crucial. A satisfied customer is more likely to return and recommend the restaurant to others seeking a good dining experience. I truly hope the positive attitude of the welcoming staff member influences her colleagues for the better.

Absolutely amazing BBQ spot! Having enjoyed BBQ frequently throughout our 30 years of marriage, we have developed discerning tastes. This was our first visit to this family-owned restaurant, and it exceeded our expectations. We ordered a rack of ribs, potato salad, and macaroni and cheese, which my husband picked up—it was just a 10-minute drive. We also chose the sweet BBQ sauce. From the moment we slathered our ribs with that scrumptious sauce and took our first bites, everyone was raving about the food. The sides had a delightful Southern twist, and we wouldn't want them any other way. I highly recommend this BBQ joint to anyone! It's worth the drive, no matter where you're coming from!

The staff here is incredibly friendly, and the food is fantastic! The brisket and pulled/cut pork were outstanding. Everyone in our group absolutely loved the mac and cheese, and the peach cobbler was simply amazing! We're so glad we discovered this hidden gem on our way to see the alligators. We would definitely return!
