Kfc - Suite C Montrose

We went through the drive-thu today, spent $25.00. Got home and food was old. Mashed potatoes, cole slaw, chicken pot pie. Everything was mushy, not fresh.

Came here today to get my chicken bucket. It was delicious. I wish it was juicier. But Ive always loved my KFC anyway.

The service is questionable,the guy with beard saying no to any questions or demands by customers is not appropriated...Maybe a lil kindness and honesty will help him serve customers better..

Just a pit stop on our road trip but this location was cleaner and better run than any KFC we have ever been in. We had a small snack order to go and everything was fresh tasting. The only issue was iced tea was sweetened, we forgot to ask as did they. We prefere not sweetened.Parking: For a fairly small location they had good free parking.

The service and food has changed since they hired new staff. There's one guy who should be manager cause he's an excellent employee and when he's there the food and service are fabulous.
