La Vita Pizza - Suffolk Coastal

Never ordering again. Two hours to get delivery and the food isn't good. I'd say best to avoid ordering from here. Service: Delivery Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

We placed a food order and was given a delivery time of 45 mins. We rang after 90 minutes to be told that our pizzas were being prepared. Two hours and fifteen minutes later the food was delivered. The pizzas were greasy, the chicken fillets were cold and the three portions of chips were luke warm. All required reheating in our oven. The dips and coleslaw that we paid for were not delivered either. We have messaged La Vita but they have chosen to ignore my complaint. First and last time we will use this establishment.

I've ordered with them twice and BOTH times I've had a 40 mins delay with my food, so in total nearly 2 hours waiting from the time I've ordered! Never again Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Bought 5 pieces of chicken and chips delivery . I received 5 DRIED WINGS extremely awful. They sent me my order again after a call that I had and asked the person who made the order if he would eat this. That was the last time I buy from this shop as it wasn’t the first time I received something like this. Since the new ownership the shop went downhill.
