Sibton White Horse Inn

Beautiful village pub from the 16th century (it is really more impressive from the inside.) good choice of ales and bigger. very nice eating with more raffinesse than their average pub. great location and I think they have rooms and there is a campsite nearby. worth visiting.

Excelent room (6) with great facilities for disabled. Menu and eating was very good, the service was top notch with friendly hostes and staff. a super place to refresh and enjoy a carefree break.

Pleasant a night stay. the breakfast is served only in a short 45-minute window (8.30-9.15), so do not blink or miss their cornflakes!

That was the high quality of eating and service that I felt forced to come back to tripadvisor to write a short review (not something I do very often). the white horse in sibton was one of the best pub meals I had eaten in memory. it is not one of these pubs that fills their plate with food, but the portion sizes were exactly the right one for us, and the quality and presentation of each plate was excellent. I chose the maple glazed pigtail starter, spiced duck atn haupt, and apple-Bvarois and donut whisper all three were excellent and immaculate in their performance. a group of five of us sat from a beautiful wood burning stove and were served by very polite and attentive staff. the pub has a nice atmosphere. highly recommended. we are not local, but would eat definitiw again.
