The Pink Box - Suffolk

I recently visited the family-owned Pink Box, a fantastic dessert spot! I was looking for a delicious treat for my wife who loves chocolate, and their chocolate lovers cupcake definitely impressed. The balance of chocolate flavors and moist cake was perfect. I also tried their salted caramel cupcake, which was a new addition for me and one that I absolutely loved. #NewCaramelConvert. I can't wait to go back and try more treats from their menu.

My family and I had a terrible first visit to this restaurant. We were looking forward to trying some tasty desserts. When we arrived, a younger woman wearing a head wrap greeted us. She seemed indifferent and not very welcoming. Despite the restaurant being open until 7pm, we were surprised to find that they only had 11 cupcakes left. We decided to take all 11 cupcakes since it was the only option available. The cost for the cupcakes was $30 for a dozen, but we were only able to purchase 11.

My family and I had our first experience at this restaurant, and we were excited to try their delicious desserts. However, when we arrived, we were met by a young lady who seemed indifferent and not very welcoming. Despite the restaurant being open until 7 o'clock, they only had 11 cupcakes left. We decided to purchase all 11 cupcakes, which were supposed to be part of a deal for 12 cupcakes for $30. However, when we asked the young lady to adjust the price for the missing cupcake, she refused and insisted we pay for each cupcake individually, resulting in a total of $35 instead of the discounted price. This situation left a sour taste in our mouths, and we will not be returning to this establishment.

Pink Box did an incredible job on the cupcakes we ordered for my daughter's second birthday! They looked stunning and tasted delicious. The ordering process was simple and communication was excellent. We will definitely be ordering from them again in the future!

We purchased a variety of cupcakes including lemon, strawberry, pink lemonade, red velvet, red velvet cookie and salted caramel. They were all absolutely delicious! The staff was friendly and welcoming. I will definitely be recommending this hidden gem to others!
