Poppy's Top Dog - Suffolk

I love that place!!! The Owners are really cool, They have Amazing Hotdogs and also very good Mediterranean food as well(one of my favs). I had a very nice dine in experience, they young lady helping me was nice an also super cool!!!. I liked them soo much that I DD'ed one of everything on the menu just to hook them up! Plus me n pops wanted to feast like Vikings(I'll never forget the Angel who delivered it either)

I finally had the chance to stop by here for lunch, and I am glad that I did. The gentleman who waited on me was super nice and helpful. He also made my Cuban and fries which turned out delicious, as well! The atmosphere is like a diner feel nice and comfy :0) They have a pretty big menu with lots of American fare to choose from Check them out!

Before I begin, I would like to state that this review is based solely upon my personal experiences and my personal experiences alone. So with that being said let's go!. I decided to try this place because a few co workers put some nice recommendations on this establishment. I didn't bring lunch today I normally do because the food choices aren't always the healthiest choices so I decided I'd give it a try. I walked in and was looking for a menu but the menu that was displayed on the wall was oddly placed in the middle of the restaurant, so you had to walk past the register just to see the menu and the menu was very limited. Luckily I found a menu sitting on one of the tables when you first walk in. I was not greeted by the cook when I entered but the other person was quite helpful once my food arrived. I ordered a hot sausage combo because a couple of workers recommended it, the reason being because the hand held menu didn't display any prices so I just ordered the food without knowing the price for what I ordered! 1. I took one star off because no prices were displayed on the menu that I noticed!. 2. The fries were over cooked and dry so I took off another star!. I would return again to give them another shot!.

They're supposed to be open until 3:00 p.m. on Saturdays. We got here at 1:15 p.m. They were closed. We are not coming back.

I have not had the pleasure to try poppy's yet, but I did want to inform that it is closed for three weeks starting Sept 18th 2023. Plan accordingly!
