Chick-fil-a - Suffolk

We recently hosted a client conference and collaborated with Allie for our catering order. She was absolutely fantastic to work with, making the process easy and stress-free for feeding around 100 attendees! Allie was highly communicative, dependable, and followed through on every detail flawlessly. She ensured that our order was perfectly timed, and the food was excellent! We're very thankful for the outstanding team and customer service, and we will definitely be placing another order for our next event!

The service here is quick and friendly. They should consider encouraging more customers to use the app for pre-orders, as this would further enhance the efficiency of the drive-thru. It would be great to see some advertising highlighting the benefits of pre-ordering!

I enjoy the food, but their lines are long and a waste of gas. Waste of gas make them inconvenient at times. I suggest when they see lines extremely long, get more employees to get the lines cover. The food is always hot and tasty! I still love the food!

I absolutely love this Chick-fil-A location. The staff is consistently friendly, and my food is always served warm and exactly as I ordered. I even go a bit out of my way to visit this Chick-fil-A because of my great experiences here.
