Subway - Sudbury

Nice spot to grab a quick sandwich. My husband enjoys it, but I am not a fan since they no longer offer the seafood option, which was the only sandwich I enjoyed.

We often eat me and my children. usually after school. eating is good, but we have noticed that the staff in this special business is not very happy and friendly. we would rather eat in one on long sea road, the 5 minutes of this...a parking lot could also be a challenge.

I work in the office building next to this subway and live in the valley, about 30 minutes away by car. During my lunch break, I picked up lunch with my wife and children to take home. When I arrived to pick up the food, I provided my full name and they handed me the bag, assuring me it was the correct order since I was the only pickup they had all day. I returned home to find out they had given me the wrong food, so I called the subway and explained the situation. They insisted I bring back all the food before they could correct my order. I explained that it would take too long for me to make the round trip to the valley and back to the office, and that it was not feasible. The employees were rude and unhelpful, laughing throughout the conversation. I asked to speak to the manager, Tina, who immediately accused me of yelling at her staff (which I had not done) and told me to contact Skip the Dishes to solve the issue. I calmly explained that it was not a Skip the Dishes problem, but a mistake made by her staff that inconvenienced me. Tina was dismissive and unapologetic, leading me to leave without a resolution after paying $29.27 for the incorrect order. Despite having been a longtime customer of this subway and recommending it to others, I will not return unless this situation is addressed, and I will advise my employees to avoid it as well.

While preparing our sandwiches, we noticed the server start to make on sandwich then suddenly threw the bun out. Before restarting, she tried to convince us to have them toasted. We said no thanks but she asked again are you sure? Again we said no...and we thought this a little unusual until we got home and found out why. The buns were so stale they were inedible. They fell apart just picking up the sandwich. We emailed subway and received no reply. The other subway locations have been great. I know they donate to community events. We 've never had any complaints about their food. Just this time at Regent Street. Used to be much better but we will never go back there again. If you can 't trust the quality of the food you are buying....

This restaurant is a chain, but the dishes are consistent for those who enjoy their familiar flavors. I tried the 6-inch chicken bacon ranch sub for $6.99 with a large milk to go. The staff was friendly and the restaurant was bustling, but I never had to wait too long for my order.
