First bad experience was the staff asking me to take out receipt and verify before I take my drinks while there aren't many customers that time and my name was on the drinks and I took it. Yes I know the intension was to confirm I collect the correct drinks but this is the first Starbucks branch that ever do this to me. Second time was when I was politely ordering at the counter, that staff showing me her face like I owe her a million dollars, her attitude is not welcoming me at all :
The starbuck next to the playground have staff that really not welcoming normally night shift. I asked to help wipe the the table outside but being ignored until my drink finished still no one showed up to clean the table that i sat on
Iced Americano taste like water When ordering kept asking whether wanna add strong coffee or not, I didn’t add on. End up coffee taste like water, I thought grande size should be 3 shots? No next time in this branch near Lagoon entrance byeee
I decided to buy promotional items on Dec 25 for the Maybank Buy 1 Free 1 (Dec 24-Dec 25). When ordering, I was told that I can top up for to upgrade to Venti. Upon payment I was told Venti sizes were not included in the promotion and I asked to change my size to a Granti size immediately, but the staff were unwilling to change my order. I also noticed that some unexpected add-ons were added to my order, and I was not notified. So, I ended up with no promotion. The staff is also unfriendly, and it was a very unpleasant experience for me. I am very disappointed that we used to love Starbucks.
Staff with zero training and rude. Doesn’t know how to redeem Lazada voucher fully. Doesn’t know the terms and condition of redeeming the voucher and straightaway say cannot redeem at their store. Perhaps manager need to train the staff fully before letting them out in public to serve customers. In Malay i think they call it macam kayu, if cannot or doesn’t know how to operate the Lazada voucher, instead of being rude, perhaps try solving the problem first???
