There was no customer except us in the outlet. Yet just to get the drinks served took more than 10 min. food came in no particular order! Garlic bread hardly had any garlic butter. Soup yet to arrive after 15 min of waiting. Soup was so watery. Tables not cleaned. Staff working like no energy and motivation. Complete disaster. Price has gone up but quality and service has dropped significantly.

Third weekend I come to this store I couldn't dine in because of staff shortage or what they said, a restaurant in a big mall can't serve the mall customer and doing only online order is very disappointing.

Super slow kitchen. 1 hour wait time and Restaurant is only partially filled. Got a mixed up order, one of the senior staffs helped to rectify Gotta give credit for that. But otherwise, not worth the wait. I think the kitchen prioritise online orders (perhaps to avoid penalty) but sacrificing dine-in orders.

One of the qualities I look into restaurants I dine in is their customer service. However, this restaurant have terrible service. Extremely disappointed. We waited for more than 30 mins and no one provided us with the menu. So called “fast food restaurant”. Would NOT recommend this place. PERIOD.

Since it's MCO people rarely come here which makes order faster and the food is not cold. Everything is great, but the mushroom soup is very bland. Pretty cheap for it's price when taking sets. Overall a good 5/6 avocados
