Pico De Gallo - Stuyvesant

Having been raised on Mexican cuisine, I hold high expectations when it comes to dining out in this category. The restaurant not only offers authentic dishes, but also provides a variety of vegetarian and vegan choices. Their house-made chips and exceptional drinks really stood out to me.

I grew up eating Mexican food, so I have high standards regarding this type of kitchen. Not only is eating authentic, it is delicious and has many vegetarian and vegan options. their chips are made home and they have amazing drinks!

Delicious! I tried the cheese enchiladas with mole sauce and they were amazing. My husband had the beef burrito and also enjoyed it. The tres leches was the perfect ending to our meal. This hidden gem is located by the water in Stuyvesant, next to the train tracks. We dined on the charming porch. Overall, I would give the food a 4 out of 5 rating.

The waiter did not inquire about our meal and we had to repeatedly request items from him, which were never delivered. Additionally, he did not come to collect the bill. The food was rated 3 out of 5.

Finally!! So grateful to find this place. Food is great and the service is wonderful. Don't pass up on this spot!
