Pilot Travel Center - STURBRIDGE

This place should be the flagship of pilot?s, but is poorly managed. My team driver and I went into eat and shower. A woman with short pink hair acted like she was doing us a favor by waiting on us. She was rude and acted like she didn?t want to be there.We paid for showers and saw we had 7 ahead of us, 30 minutes later it showed there was 18 waiting for showers and no numberswere called. I went back there and all showers were vacant but 3. I know staffing is a issue but dam at least give drivers aheads up, some of us don?t have 3 hours to wait to take a shower.

Pilot store 222 in MA is awesome!!! My brother and I are logistics drivers and came here to shower and from the first associate interaction our experience at this store was by far the best!!!! The young man whom we purchased showers from was filled withknowledge about the rewards program and the store. The store and the showers areas were clean, up to date and really made usfeel safe and welcomed. Amanda was so hospitable and made us feel like guest in her store. Thanks to the team at store 222, mybrother and I appreciate you!

Stopped in for lunch on my way home from a job. Chicken wings came highly recommended from my coworkers. Boy were they right!!! The spicy wings are amazing and well portioned. Definitely worth the $1 and change per wing. And the potato wedges are topnotch.

One of the best pilot for professional truckers. Clean washroom.

Terrible place!! Dirty,bathrooms NOT maintained!! Enter at own RISK! MOST OF ALL, BETTER KNOW HOW TO PARK YOUR SEMI!!
