Bluestone Lane Studio City Coffee Shop

My Iced matcha latte came with a reddish hair this morning Salmon toast was delicious. Too bad I had nothing to wash it down with.

Ordered the large mocha. Incredibly underwhelming. It was ashy and astringent, left a sharp mouthfeel in my mouth. A mocha is supposed to be creamy, round, smooth, rich. That was not it.

Bluestone lane in the Bay Area, solid 7/10. Bluestone lane here? Smells gross inside. They staff def don't want to be here. The worst $10 toast ever had. Not fresh. Not toasted. Just disappointed to bring a family friend here and watch her bite into something that was not worth it. Clean the seats outside and general surfaces. Everything is grimy. I'll even donate a mr. Clean sponge

I order the same $13 avocado toast almost every day. App says pickup time 10 minutes but it actually take 30 minutes. But the most shocking thing about this place is customer service. Not a single hello ever (been coming here 4-5 times a week for a while), staff won’t even look your way. And if you happen to complain about waiting an extra 20-25 minutes the 18-20 years old young ladies who work there won’t even apologise but give you the most arrogant “there is nothing we can do about it. Here’s your food you’re good to go” ? ? . Staff is not compatible with this friendly neighbourhood of Studio City. The Store Manager’s (Chelsea) lack of social skills is reflected on the entire team. This place needs a complete makeover.
