Working at this location must be incredibly draining. I've never seen a single employee looking happy.

Avoid the 711 in Stuart's Draft, VA if you're using Doordash. Today, I ordered two 1.5-liter bottles of wine, but they sent me two 750-milliliter bottles instead and still charged me for the larger size. When I called 711 to address the issue, they claimed there was nothing they could do. I tried to explain that this was a case of fraud and that I should have been charged the correct amount for the smaller bottles. On a positive note, Doordash was responsive and refunded me the full amount. However, this is the second time I've encountered this issue at the 711 in Stuart's Draft.

I absolutely love this place! The nachos, slurped, and taquitos are delicious, but what really makes this spot stand out is the friendly staff. The store is always organized and clean, and they consistently have everything I need, which is fantastic. There’s ample parking available, as well as outdoor seating. It's worth noting that this 7-11 is purely a convenience store with no gas pumps. They also have casino machines for some fun. Additionally, there's a book box at this location where you can find some great reads and contribute books for others to enjoy!

The staff is incredibly friendly and always welcomes you as soon as you walk in. Well done!
