Aioli - Staunton

In a city that has a very picky and competitive restaurant scene, Aioli stands out with its tapas and Mediterranean fare in a stylish environment. I took a good friend from the city, and although they were packed, a place at the bar was found for us. The staff coughed friendly and know their menu. Definitely a go-to when you visit, or local.

Top Notch, best restaurant in Staunton. High quality food prepared by the experienced cook who really cares about the taste of food and the wonderful presentation. Good food needs time! We had a handmade cheese plate, crab cake, fried delicate pork, passion fruit ice. Excellent.

My husband I've eaten here recently. Everything from the restaurant itself, to the dining wine list and service was excellent. With the mixed reviews online regarding bad waiting times and service, I was uncertain whether to book, but I am so happy that I did! Service was very personable quickly everything we ordered came in a reasonable time. I enjoyed the Parmesan Truffle Risotto with roasted vegetables and it was fabulous! The creamy truffle taste was delicious! Very recommended. We have enjoyed our entire experience and will return with our next visit to Staunton.

Bacon wrapped quail, blackened tuna and salmon dishes were quintessential in taste and presentation. Pomegranate martini was delicious as was the Bordeaux.

Hands down 5 star!!! Staff, boss. atmosphere, food quality, service, kindness everything was absolutely perfect!!! I started with special cocktail, then soup of the day cauliflower soup, organic green salad, and salmon flax.perfect everything! Must see and do in Staunton!
