The only thing I want to change is the gravitation that is a little too sweet, so it wasn't good with the court. In addition, two dishes, which were different types of meat, served with the same sweet engraving. My family and I prefer to serve the dishes without them and we think it will taste better.
A first-class culinary experience. Excellent, friendly and quick service. Food is creative and cooked with care and attention to aromas. Absolutely delicious and mouthwater.
Always heard good things about Stone Bar Inn so I decided to try it out for my birthday/Valentine's day. Wasn't real impressed. The place was so dark I thought I was in a cave. My wife's prime rib was perfect, my crab stuffed seabass was really disappointing. It was drenched in cream sauce, basically floating in it. The fish was small underwhelming and the crab stuffing was well I'll just stop there. The staff/service was phenomenal, very pleased with them but for the price and quality I won't be back
This was such an amazing dinner. Quiet, intimate, romantic atmosphere. Top notch service and hospitality. Our server, Allison, was knowledgeable, friendly, and attentive. The food was impeccable. Best Duck I've ever had. The shrimp creole appetizer was flavorful and beautiful. The salads are amazing and fresh. Absolutely will be back.
Honestly, I loved almost everything about my experience here. The food was amazing, my server was sweet and talkative, the host was great, the ambiance was comfortable and warm. The only issue I had was that, when my entire arrived, I found a small hair in the sauce at the far side of my dish. Because it was only in a bit of the sauce and didn 't affect the food (and I was hungry, no lie), I sort of fished it out, wiped that sauce off the plate, and dropped the hair on the floor. However, as I was doing it, a person who seemed like management or the dining room shift leader or what have you came over to our table to ask how everything was. I told her that I found a hair in the sauce (not on it, IN IT) and the first words out of her mouth were, Oh no! Well, it was probably yours. That happens all the time. Ma 'am, I have blue hair. It would have been obvious if it was mine. It was not blue. I worked on food service for almost 10 years, and I was kind of shocked at this. At no point when I was trying to help manage the dining room would I EVER have imagined saying something like that to a guest. Normally it 's a situation where I 'd ask what I could do to fix it and replace the meal. But I guess different people have different approaches. I would go again, and hope that behavior from management doesn 't happen twice. Everything else was delightful, but that was pretty off-putting.
