What happened to this place? It used to be the best thing since sliced pizza, but now it's the anti-pasta! The soggy pizza crust literally disintegrates under a pool of olive oil, the gnocchi is undercooked, and the ragout is nothing more than marinara with chopped pepper onion...what happened to the light sauce with the great sliced garlic? Why is the bread now served hard, dry stale? Used to swear-ah by this place, but I won't go back (unless the old recipes preparations return).
Momento knows zero about Ital. Food. Just picked up homemade fettucinni w/pesto therer was no garlic or BASIL in pesto it was parsely pesto and not seasoned. I worked in restaurant business for years and this was worst!! Garlic bread we ordered was on hoagie roll not toasted so soft roll with raw garlic no other seasoning on roll. 2nd dish was grilled chix over salad chix may have been poached it was white no grill marks and no flavor the reviews I read before ordering tonite must NOT have been from gourmet consumers not even GOURMET they were from people who were starving food was awful!! Amazing. I have had pizza all across the globe.... from Italy to California. WOW to have found this gem in Pennsylvania... This is one of the best pizza's I have ever had! I ordered for delivery and got the medium stuffed pizza. I think I could have fed a small village with it LOL
