Shaker Cuisine Mixologie Lévis

I came here with a group for dinner and drinks. The whiskey caesar was alright. I ordered a caesar salad to start and so did my friend. we were both disappointed. The dressing wasn’t quite right and the lettuce was extremely floppy and won’t. Not fresh and crisp like a salad with romaine needs to be. We also shared the large nachos which were just a mess. The way they are served make them more difficult to eat than any other nos his I’ve had. The sour cream, salsa, and guacamole covered the whole thing, but not in a good way. The burger was very mid and the amount of fries you get is a joke. Others had similar issues with their dishes. It was not the worst food I’ve had at a restaurant, but it certainly under delivered. On top of that, it was over an hour and a half from the point we were seated until we received our food. We were also told that we couldn’t order for 10 more minutes when we tried to order.

Awesome cocktails and delicious food..! Reservations are highly recommended on weekends, food portions are relatively small (which is good), ambience was great.. don’t miss out on trying the shots .. they are reasonably priced too

We came here for an after party and the bartender Jessica hooked us up with Picklebacks (best shot of all time). Shoutout to Jessica for making everyone’s night 100x more fun please give her a raise, thanks

Shaker is a reliable chain of restaurants for guaranteed great food wonderful wines. Cool decor, comfortable spaced out seating. Our waitress here was great.

Great atmosphere and friendly staff. We ordered Monday special tuna and beef tartares and couple of pints. Tastes great!
