Cantook Micro Torrefaction - Québec

Whether you're a bearded millennial hipster or a city slicker who really enjoys good coffee, Cantook is your kind of cafe/coffee house. They know how to get the best out of the bean to make you the perfect coffee of your choice. Great atmosphere inside and since they don't serve food they're happy for you to bring your own croissant from the bakery just a few doors down. This Melbournian was pleasantly surprised at how good the coffee was.

We dropped in for a sampling of coffees, and thoroughly enjoyed our visit. The coffee was delicious, the service was extremely friendly, and they were nice enough to recommend some bakeries to try during our visit to QC.

Excellent third wave coffee just outside the old Quebec City. It is a small place with not many available seats but very friendly and cozy.

What's not to like? A great counter to sit at (if it looks too full to sit, check out the back of the counter where there are more seats available) and watch the constant flow of folks coming and going. While we were there, we were given great advice, good service and tasty hot drinks on a frigid day. Worth the walk.

Small, Friendly, great coffee, fresh pastries. Nice to just sit and chat. Not many seats but thats ok. Really enjoyed our morning coffees. Kid, dog friendly.
