The Shake Lab - Stretford

Ordered two salted carmel shake, one with whipped cream. I think they forgot to put in the flavouring. The shakes tasted much like 'nothing ' special, just like vanilla ice. Not sure what that whipped cream was but it also was just as vanilla tasteless as the shake. Just get icream.

Been here a lot top tier place. i’ve got to recommend them. was at this place with only 3 people working and surprisingly the service was brilliant, a nice man called ‘kristian’ i believe, great speaking skills. you could tell the workers had a close friendship with brilliant communication behind the counter. a girl in the back ‘aisha’ also seems like a really positive employee even when under the stress of popular day of work. great work guys! Don’t bother, better places around. Rude manager/team leader making friend feel uncomfortable.

They was a crep machine down and had to keep remaking from the batter which was out of there control and people was complaining after 5 mins but was so polite and tried their best, always loved this place.

Former employee of shake lab and honestly I have never felt so supported and listened too. By the end of my time here it honestly felt like a family the management staff and my team members made this one of the best jobs I have ever had. The communication is amazing and I would not hesistate to come back again!
