Belvedere - STRESA

My wife and I were on vacation in the Lago Maggiore region and spent one night in a hotel on the island.We had dinner here and everything about the experience was outstanding! The views of Lago Maggiore were incredible, the food was excellent, service was great, and the staff were friendly (and spoke English). The meal was expensive, but worth every penny. My wife and I are counting the days until we can have dinner here again in summer you are in the Stresa area, consider taking the boat to the island for dinner here!

We were believing in reviews, but... of the appetizers to the fisherman we only enjoyed the discovery of a fish called gardon from the waitress. of the same species of the tinca) . the spiral of washing it was too salty, thus killing the delicate goto of the washing.

Lovely Setting, Super Service, Good Food. A good destination restaurant if visiting the islands. The restaurant is quite large but divided into different areas which works quite well. We could hear a number of different nationalities in the restaurant and if worried about languages the staff were happy and helpful speaking English.

While visiting Isola Pescatori we passed this restaurant and knew instantly that we had to eat there. The views overlooking the lake are to die for and you are picked up and taken back by boat which adds to the whole experience. With other small private boats arriving it felt like being on a film set. The food and service were excellent and if like us, you have a 'special night out ' at the end of your holiday, go to the Belvedere and you will not be disappointed.

This lovely restaurant on isle di Pescatore in Lake Maggiore offers a beautiful setting, delicious food, and pick up and delivery by boat. Even though they somehow lost track of our reservation, they made it all work out.
