Almost everytime I've used my debit card at the drive thru at this location I start to get unauthorized charges the following day I've spoken to manager and police but they say it's unlikely to be prosecutable

The supervisor, a black girl, treats the cashier who is a special person with a very good disposition to serve in a brusque and rude manner. She gives a very bad presentation to her place, that lady raising her voice and yelling at her co-workers.

We were having breakfast at this place, the manager treated the cashier very badly on two occasions. A woman with very little education and terrible manners. It is becoming a custom in Alabama for service people to be rude and poorly behaved, we also experience it with my daughter at Mc Donald's Hoover.

3/22/24 update: They charged me .28 cents per extra SAUCE, theres no where on the order screen that says how much your allocated for sauce nor a price tag on extra, if i go to chick fil or taco bell i dont have to pay or beg for extra sauce. they remolded this location and they said the service would be better on alabsters facebook page, the lady at the window i think she may have been a manager due to the grey shirt was so freaking rude then charged for sauce for Nuggets when i only got 1 for a 10 piece. I hope this location just goes under its that awful.By far the most rude and horrible McDonald’s location around town. Every time we order something is missing and any time we get the sweet tea it’s completely overdone w syrup etc. third time is a charm so we won’t return to this location for the foreseeable future.

Always issues at this specific location!! Whether its not entering your order correctly, not receiving all of the items you paid for, and/or poor customer service. Just drive the extra 5 minutes to the Promenade location, much better!!
