Jason's Deli - Hoover

The restaurant is in a terrible location. It took 20 minutes to make a sandwich, and when I told the manager I was in a hurry, he was very rude. The sandwich itself was also terrible.

As a type one diabetic, it is crucial for me to dose accordingly to the food I choose to eat. When my order is incorrect or different from what I specified, it can jeopardize my health. Today, I visited the restaurant with my girlfriend for a quick lunch date. I ordered a kids' grilled cheese on white bread with American cheese, but was charged for an adult grilled cheese with soup and additional toppings that I did not order or dose for. When I brought this to the staff's attention, I was met with attitude and rudeness. Despite attempts to correct the error, the food still came out wrong. I am extremely disappointed with my experience today. However, I appreciate that the management responded by refunding the entire order. I believe that the staff should undergo retraining in customer service. Thank you for addressing some of the issues.

My daughter, granddaughter she’s 2 and myself loved this place. The food is delicious and every time I work close to Hoover, I stop and make an order. I live in Pell City but it’s worth the drive.

The team at this particular Jason's Deli location is outstanding!

When I tell you my family and I visit this place at least every Sunday or every other Sunday. We enjoy the salad bar and the service I love the manager here.. I’m ashamed to say I don’t know his name but he definitely knows me and family and one thing I’ve noticed is when he’s at work everything is fresh and good and I for sure can appreciate that because I drive over 50 miles to enjoy this place. I highly recommend 100
