The Sunset - Strathroy

My wife, daughter, and I ordered a bacon cheeseburger, mushroom, cheese, and pepper omelette, and a cheeseburger at the restaurant. Both burgers came with fries, but we found that there was too much bun compared to the meat. The burgers were nicely presented but ultimately disappointing. The fries were not up to our expectations, especially considering the $3.25 price tag as an add-on. My daughter found her omelette to be bland, though she did enjoy the home fries that came with it. The waitress was slow to refill our drinks, and overall, we were not impressed with the dining experience. If we find ourselves in Strathroy again, we will look for another place to eat. Additionally, the restaurant's decor seemed outdated and could use a makeover.

We don't go there often but their food is quite good and a lot of seniors frequent there so it must be consistently good.

This is a good place to go for a family looking for a casual meal. Familiar, old fashioned dishes served in a comfortable atmosphere. There is always a seniors menu. We go here fairly often when in Strathroy as we always know what the food is like.

We eat at this restaurant at least once a month. The food is consistantly good.Veggies tend to be undercooked but we learned to ask them to cook them longer and they obliged.They have a seniors menu which is very good.Atmosphere is so, so, but still comfortable.Service is very good and fast. As soon as you walk in the door you are greeted and shown to your table.

This is a great family restaurant and it truly does cater to the seniors and families, A daily special is offered with several choices at a very reasonable price. A special touch is the offering of seniors protions at a lower cost than regulars meal. The also have some gluten free and vegetarian dishes. Good food good prices
