Puff's - Storm Lake

Recently went here with my husband and a few friends, my husband started a tab that in the end was only $30. We paid but was told only 2¢ was paid- our account showed a pending charge of the full amount and since then has posted for that amount. But before anything we had to pay $30 AGAIN as there was “nothing they can do”. That’s $60. We have been waiting for our promised refund to no avail. Not only that but our friends who also had tabs were incorrectly charged more. This place is fine any other time, but don’t start a tab.

Bartender lady was rude, expected a larger tip, told my friend he wasn’t allowed in there because he’s “an obnoxious red-head” Seems racist to me but he’s white so I’m not sure how that works:

The bartender's lack of accommodation and unfriendly demeanor contributed to a disappointing experience. The overall service lacked enthusiasm and could benefit from improvement in customer interactions.
