Boat House - Storm Lake

This has always been 1 of my favorite restaurants in Storm Lake since they opened. It was years ago before I moved to Atlanta, GA and now that I moved back, it's still 1 of my favs. I suggest her first-class Rib Dip Sandwich (Professor Mary Ann could be the menu name? I love her frits and her salads are always nice crispy and fresh. Service was always great, the ambience is also beautiful. It's a pretty little sea heart. I hope it never closes or I will be limited where I go when the family finally agrees to eat. As a rule, no reservations are needed, but then we will eat later lunch and dinner the most. So it could not hurt to call forward to be sure I was there and it's busy. I have 1 recommendation to the owner and this is a menu to upload online. I think they will get more business when people see the many varieties of food they offer. It is not your typical boring same old food facility as so many others in the area.

Had very friendly service. We checked together for us how we ate and make sure we had everything we needed. The food was fast and satisfactory and at a reasonable price. Very nice little restaurant! I also enjoyed the interesting decor and dollar bills on the walls. Creative!

It came here on Father's Day. Good Burger chicken sandwich. Friendly staff nice service, I come back here. Also as the father I had to pay!!! I'm a lucky guy. Bill was under $25.
