Frontera Mexican Kitchen

As first-time visitors, we were quite disappointed. Our waitress took a long time to attend to us. The chicken and shrimp fajitas consisted mostly of onions, which was quite disappointing. Additionally, when our other order arrived, it was completely wrong and needed to be corrected. The service was really lacking, which likely explains why the place was so empty.

Food was good! Service was much better! Wasn't crowded.

Extremely disappointed? I have been a fan of Frontera in the past. Their Marietta location use to be a favorite. This Snellville location however leaves a lot to be desired. The inside is sparsely decorated looking more like an old folks bingo hall. We sat outside on a patio that looked old and neglected. The service was very poor and slow. We had to ask another server twice if she could find our server. I ordered the steak quesadilla? lukewarm, the meat was so tough I couldn?t eat it. Of course, I couldn?t find my server to send it back. Avoid this location. It makes me wonder if the chain as a whole is in decline.

Sylvia was our server, and she did an excellent job attending to our large table. Our drinks were always full, and our baskets of chips and dips were promptly refilled whenever we asked. We will definitely request her service again! Our food orders were accurate and delicious. Thank you, Sylvia!

BUYERS BEWARE Update:: The owner requested that I email them and never responded. Don't let comments like the one below make you think they care about their customers. DONT EAT HERE! On Mother's Day, I excitedly ordered a large Tropical Tango and was charged $36.42 for it! Not a pitcher, 32 ounces!!! The waitress didn't even say it was that much. No warning, no nothing! I didn't upgrade the liquor, no shots, nothing! Regular whatever. Almost $40 for a regular margarita! Ask questions about price before ordering anything on this menu!
