Big Joy Chinese - Stone Mountain

The bar chow mein had no noodles...go figure. The large wonton soup contained only two wontons filled with a few small pieces of chicken. Overall, it was quite disappointing; they clearly don't know what authentic Chinese cuisine is.

It feels great to return home from traveling and discover a new restaurant that you really enjoy! The food was fresh and delicious! I was so pleased they welcomed us despite it being only 30 minutes before closing time.

This Chinese restaurant may be an old favorite, but it still delivers great food. The sizzling soup is both amusing and delicious, featuring shrimp, rice, and a hint of sweetness. We tried the Teriyaki chicken and the orange chicken, and both were very flavorful with large portions. The crab rangoons weren’t my favorite, but they were decent. The noodles were fine, though I'm not a big fan of sage, which I suspect is included. Overall, it's a great option for Chinese cuisine! I really appreciate their family-style serving!

Its possible that the quality of the food was impacted by the hour I went. (Approx. 1/2 hour before closing). The fried rice... well wasn't. It was white rice with stuff included. The General Chicken, was better described as chicken soaked in low quality soy sauce. I am sadly very disappointed in this location.
