I had the onion rings with Moroccan spices (for dying and one side of cilantro aioli (vegan!!!), the Korean bowl with tofu (cheek kissing and a bump shaker for a drink. All right.
They're really busy and have run out of items a few times, but they're doing some great things and are very accommodating
A number of vegan options clearly indicated on the menu the Korean bowl in particular has great flavor. You can get it with extra veggies or tofu. Unfortunately the fryer is shared with non vegan items (like cheese curds and wings). Fun selection of juices, cocktails and mocktails, however tap beer selection is pretty minimal. Seating is kind of snug which was a little uncomfortable as we tested the waters being covid mindful. Friendly knowledgeable staff. Reservations recommended a very popular new restaurant with limited walk in seating availability.
The Wild Hare has a LOT of vegan options. They also have non-vegan options which makes it easy to go out to eat with others that aren't vegan.
The wild hare had many vegan and gluten-free options. It was nice to have a variety of choices rather than just the small handful that traditionally bars/restaurants have. The portions were not huge but I was full. I had the Korean bbq bowl w/ tofu. It was tasty but I was expecting there to be more vegetables. I enjoyed the dining experience and would go back.
