Mcdonald's - Sterling

I should have done that at 2 o'clock. the people who work are not really important. I had to repeat the order twice and then when I came to the window. it was wrong. the manager/supervisor seemed to be upset that I didn't want the big drink because it was the same price. had approx. 5 minutes waiting, so I assumed (my mistake) that the items would be hot from the grill. not! the two mcdoubles were a) cold and b) not mcdoubles (they gave me cheeseburger instead). the rolls were stale and on the chewing side and the cheese, cold, was like rubber. the pommes were okay. I always had problems with this place, but I thought how bad could they screw up a simple order. they accepted the challenge and went out of her to make the experience that was up there with a root canal or a tax audit, I wanted to call the manager. but for what? they don't care. next time I've been hungry after 11 o'clock. I will repair a sandwich from the refrigerator; I know it's gonna be right. ;

Not quite sure what was going on, they seemed unusually busy to have only three commands. I waited for almost 10 minutes for someone who takes my order, but it quickly came out. eating was right, but heaped together.

It's okay if they like mcdonald's. I hate mcdonalds, bk, wendys. in the ground I hate fast eating, but it is convenient so that I usually pick up a breakfast sandwich to serve me until I come home for dinner. I'll say, and why I'm just giving it three stars because they're messing my order pretty often. this mcdonald’s does not make it very often, and I called the last time they offered me to give the sandwich I ordered the next day, but I did not harass with him because good his a bit of a has, I feel stupid to do that, and I ate that sandwich that was quite evil, but I received me through the day. I ordered a wurstei and cheese. I'm not a fan of worms and without a rush, and it's just terrible lol. Unfortunately, I had back on the interstate and had no time to stop somewhere else, so I had to either go without feeling bad all day or throttling it down so I could get through the day. the time before they gave me a mcmuffin instead of cookies, which was actually bad, so I don't complain. the personal and management were very polite and I understand that the dinge were going through. actually that is also the reason why I didn't bother and if it wasn't used for the front royal mcdonalds was so rude (except for the sweet old lady who takes the order) and always confuse my order, I probably wouldn't have called it.

This location does not honor some mobile app offers if the offers are too good. I've been twice. on the journey through the window they tell me that the transaction did not go through and I, or they must cancel the order. I'm pretty sure they're lying because the owner/manager is too cheap.

I love this McDonald's. Orders are always correct, staff is friendly and food is hot. I went to this particular location for 10 years and was never disappointed. After a 7 year absence I had to return to the area under sad circumstances and the service and food did not disappoint! ?
