Pizza Hut Steinbach

I always receive quick and friendly service from the staff here. Their online pizza of the day is an excellent value for the price.

I went on a busy evening, so it was understandable that the service and food took a bit longer than usual. However, the food was excellent, and our waiter really did his best to keep everything running smoothly. He was very polite and gracious, and even mentioned that we could get a discount if we asked before paying. Overall, it was a very positive experience with great pizza! Just a side note— the bathrooms could be warmer! LOL.

Every time I order from Pizza Hut, I remember why I usually avoid it. I understand that marking an order as delivered can make their delivery times look better, but if they leave it without any contact, how is the customer supposed to know it has arrived?

The take-out service was normal; ok, but these were the worst pizzas I've ever had. super thin, cheese texture was like gum, maybe 6 pieces pine some piece ham; a cheese pizza. so was the second that was accepted to be a kind of special as seen in the picture. the $5 frozen pizzas from food stores taste much better than that. we will never go back.

We order 5 large pizza and 9 dipping sauce from this location. They didn’t give us any dipping sauce and plates. When we asked about cold drinks- employee said “ you should not buy drinks from here because it’s costly here”. Like seriously?? Pizza was worst in taste. My friend went back there to get money back for dipping sauces which they never gave. When my friend told them pizza wasn’t good. Employee replied that “oh I know”. Like literally if you don’t like your job you should stay home instead of ruining someone’s dinner.
