Smitty's Family And Lounge - Steinbach

Let me begin by saying, every time I go to smittys steinbach, my expectations are exceeded! the personal is always ready for reception and hospitable. tonight was halli our blessing, she was very friendly and helpful, overall she took care of our table. the heavenly daiquiri it was recommended to be amazing, and the steak and egg I ordered were perfectly cooked to my specifications, overall a great experience, would highly recommend!

Just want to give a great big thanks to our waitress and staff at Smitty's Steinbach. We came with large extended family, group of 11. Food was hot and fresh, delivered with graciousness and a smile...you were all awesome.

The staff were really nice and accommodating, but the atmosphere just isn’t what it used to be. The portions got smaller but the prices grew bigger. $50 breakfast for two people is quite rich, considering we each only had one main course and water. Their dinner items are far better imo. In addition, the waitress attended to our table and tried to take my plate while I was still eating and thought I was done. Please advise your staff that these actions are what drives a consumer away. Regards

Great service. Decent food. Expensive prices. I understand that prices are set at a corporate level, so my star rating isn't based on price. I would have given a 4 star but they brought my 2 year olds breakfast out well after the rest of the table. In my mind, kids first, then adults.

They do have gluten free options. Their gluten-free menu is a bit larger than other establishments. Last time I went there though I got my food last and it took 10 minutes for my food to get there while the other people at my table were already eating and finished theirs once my food arrived, but it does not happen that often. The alcoholic drinks are very good too, the electrical lemonade is a must-try.
